Payment Methods

Due to our commitment to the customer and always aiming to bring healthy chocolate to everyone, we offer the following payment methods and conditions for purchases via our official website:

• Credit card of the following brands: Mastercard, Visa, Elo, Dinners, Hipercard, and Amex. We offer installments of up to 5 interest-free payments, minimum installment of R$ 50.00.

Credit card approval is usually immediate, however, for the security of our customers, payment and credit card analysis may occur, which can take up to 1 business day to be approved.

• Boleto Bancário (Bank Slip)

Payment approval via bank slip will occur within three business days, and the delivery time is counted from the approval date.

Remember that, regardless of the payment method, the shipping fee will be included, which can be standard or express, and added to the final value of your shopping cart on our website.

Payment Problems

If there is a problem with payment, ideally the customer should track the release of their purchase on our website, and if it does not occur within three business days, they should send an email to [email protected], or contact us by phone at (11) 3384-0456, attaching the payment receipt or credit card statement.

We will analyze the situation and give a brief response, and once regularized, we will send your order as soon as possible.

Discount Coupon Rules

Occasionally, we offer discount coupons in specific campaigns, with rules and deadlines for use.

Discount coupons are not cumulative with current store promotions. Not valid for marked-down items.

In case of using the discount coupon on marked-down products, the discount amount will be applied to the full price of the product.

In the case of discount coupons with a usage limit per purchase, it will be valid only on the first order, regardless of payment completion. Example: orders with a bank slip and coupon, if for any reason the bank slip is not paid, on the next purchase with the same CPF, the coupon will not be applied.
